Tasks and responsibilities
  • Server and network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Participation in design, implementation and maintenance of complex technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs 
  • Establishing good relationships with all departments, colleagues and clients
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
  • Data processing, analysis and reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree  in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
  • Experience in using Windows Server OS (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
  • Experience in using network technologies
  • Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Driver's license: B
Considered as an advantage

  • Virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware
  • Cloud servers: Google, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of security technologies
